Wow... I ran across this recent picture of Matt LeBlanc this morning. 

Six years after the finale of Friends -- and four after spinoff Joey ended -- fans might be shocked to see Matt LeBlanc, now 43, sporting silver hair.

DOUBLE RAINBOW!

A call from Monique brought our attention to a great little 'staycation' idea.  Metis Crossing.  It's north east of Edmonton and is the home of a huge zip line track!  6 tracks that take about 45 minutes to get through them all.  What fun!  I think a day trip is in order soon!

No doubt you or someone you know is dealing with a humdinger of a sunburn today after such a beautiful weekend!  Here are some non-conventional sunburn treatments that may be worth trying.

I feel like a new woman this morning... thanks to this monsterous bruise!

Branding 'bionic thumbs' Jacobs took me in for an emergency massage Monday morning to work on all the muscles around my hips and lower back.  Lets be honest here... there's a lot of 'marbling' to get through to massage those particular muscles... so a heavy hand was needed....I am a new woman today, thanks to this monsterous contusion.

Wow.. never have 4 months ever passed so quickly  Somehow kids really speed up time.  Tripp is now 4 months old, and Chile is officially in the terrible 2's. 

Tripp is turning out to be a fantastic baby.... although he's starting to resemble Danny DeVito...   This photo makes me laugh!

And  here's a recent picture of Chile on his 2nd birthday with his new prized possession - his BIKE!!
